At Lyftjunkie Functional Fitness, I believe in building a strong foundation in both physical and mental well-being. My personalized training programs are designed with you in mind; to achieve your goals. Whether you need to start at the basics to improve your mobility and strength, or if you are looking for more variation in your routine, I can help!

Unsure of what to do when you get to the gym? I can write you a personalized program to do on your own, based on your goals and assessment. This includes one initial in-person or virtual session to assess your postural, movement, and mobility patterns.
